The F-16 Fighting Falcon is a multirole jet fighter aircraft originally developed by General Dynamics for the United States Air Force. Designed as a lightweight, daytime Visual Flight Rules (VFR) fighter, it evolved into a successful multirole aircraft. The Falcon's versatility is a paramount reason it has proven a success on the export market, having been selected to serve in the air forces of 25 nations. The F-16 is the largest Western jet fighter program with over 4,400 aircraft built since production was approved in 1976. Though no longer being purchased by the U.S. Air Force, advanced versions are still being built for export customers.

All molded foam construction with lots of detail and a very smooth finish painted with matt paint. The low parts count and beautiful fit make assembly a breeze; total assembly time should be less than an hour. The 64mm fan includes an Outrunner brushless motor with lots of power for easy hand launches. This little F-16 has impressive speed and strong aerobatic ability.

Battery changes are quick, the canopy is held in place with magnets giving you quick and easy access. Removingthe belly pan that is held in place with magnets lets you access the entire fan and motor. This is great for those who want to hop this Jet up. Flight times are about 5 minutes per battery charge. Landings are quite slow due to the large lifting body shape of the F-16. Bring it in with the nose high and it will slow to a walk. Includes 4 pre-installed servos. You will need to add your 4-channel radio system.
